Dott Ing Alessandro Dini boasts over twenty years of professional experience spent in key roles across different Fortune 500 corporations. His diverse experience spans the Automotive industry as Marketing Manager CEE & CIS at FIAT Chrysler, and the consumer goods sector, serving as a Senior Category Manager EMEA at Whirlpool Corporation. He also led the consumer electronics and Internet of Things business unit at Philips, as Business Director EMEA & Americas, implementing the first D2C E-commerce platform, lately utilised by Philips as blueprint across other business units
Beyond corporate realms, Dott Ing Dini co-founded a deep tech Start-Up specialized in cutting-edge Augmented Reality technology for mobility applications. Under his leadership the Start-Up secured an impressive $110 million in funding, and expanded its operations to 250 FTEs globally
With deep expertise in Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Category Management, Dott Ing Dini possesses a passion for building and scaling companies internationally. Proficient in team development, process optimization and operations set-up, he has successfully led organizations from inception to managing dispersed teams of hundreds of people, overseeing P&L ranging from 0 to $560 million globally
He is part of SICTIC Angel Club, the Direttivo of the Bocconi Alumni Chapter, a pro-bono mentor at the Entrepreneur Club Winterthur and at LeadTheFuture Foundation, and a coach at Innosuisse
He has founded EMP together with Dr Chadha, and he is leading its international expansion in the GCC

Dr Antonella Santuccione Chadha is a highly accomplished medical doctor and internationally recognized expert in neuroscience, neurological and psychiatric diseases
She is the Co-founder and pro-bono CEO of the Women’s’ Brain Project Foundation, an international non-profit organization studying sex and gender differences in brain and mental health diseases
Dr Chadha also serves as the Vice-President and board member of Euresearch, a Swiss agency that supports research and innovation activities across Europe
Known as a transformative global leader and a team builder, she has successfully turned around a Start-Up, and provided strategic counselling and guidance to presidents, CEOs of Start-Ups as well as Board of Directors of multiple institutions
Dr Chadha served as Chief Medical Officer and ad-interim CEO at Altoida, a digital AI driven diagnostic company for precision neurology
She has also worked across several settings such as European Universities, pharmaceutical industries in the likes of Roche and Biogen, the Swiss Regulatory Agency for therapeutics product approval, and different policy organizations. She served as a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory where aducanumab, the first disease modifying treatment for Alzheimer's disease was discovered
Dr Chadha has received numerous accolades for her accomplishments. She has been listed among the Top 100 Women in Business in Switzerland since 2018, and she was elected Woman of the Year in Switzerland in 2019. She has also been honoured with the World Sustainability Award for her contributions to advancing precision medicine, as well as the Premio Medicina Italia for her efforts in managing the Covid pandemic
